Delivery / Shipping Policy

We are based in England from where we produce and ship our orders.

Our U.K. shipping usually takes two to three days. Shipping to North America is around five to ten business days. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is around seven to fourteen business days.

All of our international shipping is fully tracked and our customers are able to monitor their order progress online.

Processing Times

Our order processing times are separate from the shipping times 

All orders are processed within two to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders, such as the lead up to Christmas or Mother’s Day or postal service problems such as those caused by the pandemic are outside of our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. planetsforsale is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, and after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us below with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We accept no responsibility for delay or non-delivery to P.O. boxes. If you receive notice of attempted delivery you must contact the courier to re-arrange delivery. If you do not, the courier may return the item back to us here in England. Should this happen and you require the item to be resent, you will cover any redelivery costs.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on personalised items. If an error is found to be our doing, we will issue a replacement certificate or gift card.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
